WHO ARE WE HIRING?

We are looking for someone strategic, with creative excellence and, preferably, knowledge of the Smart City Sector and its customers who will be able to drive growth in this new segment. This person will work from the Business Development team, coordinating with Schréder Hyperion Program Management and Schréder Group Marketing & Communication Team. This role combines the best of both strategy formulation and planning, and hands-on execution. You will also be in a position to apply a wide range of hard and soft skills in a truly ambidextrous setting where you will make your own calls and also closely collaborate and influence others.

This person will be responsible for the internal and external promotion of products and solutions developed within Schréder Hyperion. Will advise and lead in the design of marketing messages, content, assets & training for products coming out of Schréder Hyperion. Being creative, with an eye for detail, will be crucial to the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define positioning of solutions within Schréder Hyperion offering;
  • Define the value prop of solutions and supporting narratives;
  • Define the Marketing & Comm plans (internal and external), including budget & KPIs;
  • Own the execution of Marketing & Comm plans (internal and external) – i.e., initiatives (e.g. product launches, campaigns, webinars, events) and assets & collaterals (e.g. presentations, datasheets, brochures, videos, etc…);
  • Coordinate contributions among Schréder Hyperion, Group and external providers;
  • Support ‘sales transformation’ initiatives;
  • Support the production of training content & assets;
  • Plan and coordinate webinars and e-Learnings;
  • Develop sales and marketing content (brochures, marketing documents, presentations, technical documentation review, references, videos, etc);
  • Lead and own the Schréder Hyperion Social Media strategy in coordination with group Marketing and Communication;
  • Be responsible for the Schréder Hyperion website presence & LinkedIn feed (content creation);
  • Support and participate in events promoted by Schréder and Schréder Hyperion;
  • Be the gate keeper of the Schréder brand guidebook, ensure the correct usage of the brand in all initiatives and assets;
  • Be part of the Brand evolution process in articulation with Group Marketing & Communication.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Arts;
  • Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management;
  • Leadership, Strategic- and Systems-thinking, Confidence, Open mindedness, Creativity;
  • Experience in a customer facing role;
  • Passion for technology, preferably experienced in applied IoT;
  • Good project and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment;
  • Bi-lingual with English;
  • Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
